Eligibility Requirement
To be eligible for the program, applicants must ensure they meet the following criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in fields such as:
- Finance
- People (Psychology or HR Related degrees)
- Marketing
- Technology
- Engineering
- Supply Chain Management
- Logistics
- Have no more than 2 years of total full-time formal working experience by the program start date (internships, vacation work, short-duration contracts excluded)
- Have completed their Bachelor’s degree (from a recognized tertiary institution) within the requisite timeframe by program start – Possess legal work authorization (full citizenship) in the country
- Be geographically mobile within South Africa
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and possess the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
