The program aims to provide participants with cross-functional experience within a fast-paced corporate environment to help them gain a well-rounded skill set.


  • A highly competitive opportunity that consists of segmented fixed-term contracts.
  • Each phase of the program is determined by a robust evaluation process conducted within the 24-month timeframe.
  • The program unleashes individuals’ potential by offering 6-month rotational cycles, providing them with the opportunity to gain work experience in various teams within their business area.
  • The program follows the 70-20-10 rule, where individuals’ knowledge acquisition is focused on challenging experiences and projects (70%), developmental relationships (20%), and coursework and training (10%).
  • The program empowers its participants to approach challenges in new and innovative ways, take risks, and identify new opportunities.
  • Upon successful completion of the 24-month program, including continuous growth and transformation, participants will be eligible to apply for various roles within the business area, marking a period of substantial personal and professional growth.

Eligibility Requirement

To be eligible for the program, applicants must ensure they meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in fields such as:
  • Finance
  • People (Psychology or HR Related degrees)
  • Marketing
  • Technology
  • Engineering
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Logistics
  • Have no more than 2 years of total full-time formal working experience by the program start date (internships, vacation work, short-duration contracts excluded)
  • Have completed their Bachelor’s degree (from a recognized tertiary institution) within the requisite timeframe by program start – Possess legal work authorization (full citizenship) in the country
  • Be geographically mobile within South Africa
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and possess the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
