The International News Media Association (INMA) “30 Under 30” Awards
These rising stars are critical to the future success of the industry. The International News Media Association (INMA) hopes to discover thirty young professionals through their Young Professionals Initiative who have already achieved great success early in their careers, possess innovative insights, have strong communication skills, and show strong potential in advertising, audience, business intelligence, content and product, and leadership functions at media companies.
They are looking for exceptional individuals who will be selected based on their merits, with a focus on creating a “30 Under 30” group that reflects the diverse markets served by the news media industry worldwide. This includes considering factors such as race, religion, color, gender, and more to ensure a well-rounded representation.

- Announcements of the award recipients will be made globally through a virtual announcement, the INMA.org blog, and a press release.
