Eligibility Criteria
Some criteria have to be met in order to be nominated
- The awards are open to women of African descent, regardless of where they currently reside in the world.
- Whether you are advancing your career in a professional setting or building your own business as an entrepreneur, these awards are suitable for you.
- You should be willing to provide evidence of your accomplishments and progress in your professional or entrepreneurial journey if requested during the judging stage.
- You must be at least 18 years old by October 1, 2023, to be eligible.
Nomination Process
The nomination process for the PAWEpNpreneur Awards is simple and fair, designed to highlight deserving candidates through a thorough evaluation.
- Nomination Period: From October 1st to October 31st, nominations will be accepted. This is the opportunity to showcase the achievements and successes of either yourself or an exceptional woman you know.
- Shortlisting: At the end of the nomination period, the top 10 nominees with the highest number of nominations will proceed to the next stage of the process.
- Judging: A panel of esteemed judges will carefully assess each of the top 10 nominations. If necessary, PAWEN may contact the nominees for further information to ensure a comprehensive evaluation.
- Decision Time: After the judges have completed their thorough evaluations, they will select the top three candidates. The award recipients will be announced during our awards night.
