Applications are now being accepted for the 2024 Values Partnerships (VPI) Summer Fellowship Programme. For the summer of 2024, Values Partnerships (VPI) is hiring Fellows who are based in the US. Black-owned Values Partnerships (VPI) is the largest social impact agency in the nation.

In addition to producing and marketing meaningful and valuable films and television shows, they also offer strategic advice on complicated issues and design innovative engagement initiatives for a variety of audiences and sectors.

With the support of VPI, a variety of businesses, organizations, and brands are able to take on difficult racial and cultural issues, build dependable relationships with local authorities, and start campaigns that affect both their target audience and society at large.

VPI Summer Fellowship Programme 2024 – What to Expect

You will be a part of a strategic team at Values Partnerships, where you will apply your abilities to a variety of substantive and administrative activities for customers in the business, non-profit, religious, advocacy, and entertainment sectors. Along with helping with various outreach and customer follow-up chores, you will also help with writing, editing, and preparation of written content.

You might be given more tasks as they become available. You will be involved in both occasional client meetings and regular staff meetings. In the interim, duties and specific projects will be assigned in accordance with your qualifications, interests, and abilities.

Benefits

  • Between June 12 and September 4, you will be required to work at least four days a week for a minimum of five hours per day at a wage of $18 per hour.
  • Each Fellow’s specifics and schedule will be determined on an individual basis. In appreciation for their achievements, staff members will be invited to a retreat in June.
  • There won’t be any housing available. In 2024, the role will be remote. Applicants should ideally reside in the Eastern Time Zone.
  • Stipends will be given to fellows on the 20th of each month.

Qualifications And Eligibility:

To be considered for the Values Partnerships (VPI) Summer Fellowship Programme:

  • Fellows have to be US citizens.
  • being enrolled full-time in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programme and continuing to be a student, or have just finished their bachelor’s degree, and after their internship, they plan to return to school full-time.
  • Fellows must be able to dedicate themselves to Values Partnerships for the entire June–August programme.
  • Preference will be given to Candidates with prior knowledge of digital communications, social media, business consultancy, activism, or community building, as well as an interest in these areas.

In addition, applicant must have the following in their workspace:

  • Access to a computer;
  • A strong wireless or wired internet connection; and
  • A sound mobile phone or landline to be used during working hours.
