Impact Toolbox, an online tool for idea incubation and education, is inviting youths across the globe who are engaged in community development and making a positive impact on socio-economic development in various areas, to apply for the 5th edition of the Youth in Development (YID) Fellowship Program.
Goals of the Youth in Development (YID) Fellowship
The goal of the YID Fellowship application process is to find up-and-coming and developing social entrepreneurs who are resilient, dedicated to lifelong learning, and willing to overcome any challenge to succeed.

Benefits of the Youth in Development Fellowship
- Successfully Selected Candidates will have unlimited access to the Impact Strategy Course on the Impact Toolbox platform.
- A total of $1,000 will be awarded to the selected fellows for two online courses. Fellows will gain knowledge in creating a go-to-market strategy, a theory of change, a business model, an MVP, a financial model, effective business plans, and pitching to investors through these courses.
- A certificate of completion for the two online courses will be given to the fellow.
- A rigorous three-day boot camp will be attended by selected Fellows, providing them with inspiration and real-world insights from seasoned social entrepreneurs. Special networking sessions are offered during the boot camp to foster interaction and network expansion. These meetings offer excellent chances for networking and teamwork.
- The Venture Development Prize from the Impact Toolbox provides $500 to $2,500 in equity-free funding. It is intended to give outstanding Youth in Development Fellows the tools they need to progress their ideas and finished goods. Fellows must present a clearly defined strategy for generating revenue.
Eligibility Requirements for the Youth in Development Fellowship 2024
To be considered for the 2024 Youth in Development Fellowship, Applicants must:
- Meet the age requirement of 19 – 35 by the specified deadline
- Applications for the Impact Toolbox Youth in Development (YID) Fellowship 2024 from any region of the world are welcome
- Candidates must be interested in starting a social enterprise and a career in the social sector.
- He or she must have an initiative for social change.
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking), is required
- Candidates must be available to complete the full duration of the fellowship activities.
