University of Laval African Scholarships – Benefits
- The University of Laval African Scholarships offers a generous amount of $5,000 per year. This financial support is not just a one-time benefit; it is renewable once, contingent upon meeting faculty criteria for excellence and receiving a positive recommendation from the research director, coupled with faculty approval.
- This exclusive opportunity is granted to only two deserving students each year. The target study programs, namely Administrative Sciences and Bachelor of Business Administration, aim to nurture the next generation of leaders in these fields.
Eligibility Criteria for University of Laval African Scholarships 2024-25
To be eligible for the University of Laval Scholarships, applicants must meet the requirements below:
- Applicants must have graduated or be in the process of graduating from a secondary school (baccalaureate) in the Maghreb or sub-Saharan Africa.
- He/she must be newly admitted to the fall or winter semester at the BAA.
- Maintain an impressive academic record with a general average of 14/20 or above and a similar score in mathematics.
- Candidates must not have previously obtained credits at Laval University.
- Must be registered full-time in the BAA for two consecutive sessions.
- Should be a national of a Maghreb or sub-Saharan African country.
