- 35 years and below, is the required age for Candidates
- He/She must be an Egyptian national residing in Egypt.
- A minimum of two years of post-graduation work experience is required.
- Candidates must be planning to pursue master’s studies at a top university abroad in their chosen field.
- Must have received unconditional acceptance from the chosen university and program.
- Possesses an excellent command of the language of study and a good command of the English language.
- Engagement in civic, public, or international affairs will be viewed favorably.
- Applicants must demonstrate genuine financial need.
- Not receiving any other partial scholarships or grants, except waivers from the chosen university.
- Graduates must commit to returning to work in Egypt for a minimum of two years upon program completion.
- Male applicants must have a clear military service status.
