Program Detail
The Tällberg Foundation is dedicated to promoting global leadership that is grounded in values wherever such leadership exists. Given the serious challenges facing our world, we believe that the most effective solutions will come from leaders who possess qualities such as courage, creativity, determination, a strong commitment to universal values, and above all, an understanding of the need for global solutions to global challenges.
The idea behind the Tällberg Foundation’s Tällberg Leadership Model (TLML) is straightforward: In a world that can be chaotic, we need as many exceptionally talented leaders as possible. The TLML connects emerging leaders from various countries and fields with established leaders from diverse backgrounds for a purposeful, year-long program of dialogue and partnership aimed at accelerating the growth of high-potential leaders.
Eligibility Criteria
- Individuals from all countries and fields, including politicians, scientists, educators, entrepreneurs, CEOs, environmentalists, artists, religious leaders, military personnel, and more, are welcome to apply.
- English is the official language of the TLML program.
