Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing office administrative support, bookkeeping, and customer service.
- Serve as a bridge between the office and internal/external clients by offering administrative assistance.
- Administer office records, handle calls, correspondences, employee queries, and meetings, and manage office and customer requests.
- Process accounts payable and receivable.
- Manage bookkeeping tasks and maintain account spreadsheets.
- Ensure that the office complies with local, state, and national laws.
- Interact and collaborate with suppliers, customers, and third-party vendors.
Requirements
- The candidate should possess at least an HND degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field of study.
- A minimum of 3 years of work experience in administration, accounting, or a similar role is required.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
- Exceptional organizational and IT skills are expected.
