Eligibility Criteria for Central South University Scholarship
To be considered for the Central South University Scholarship, prospective Candidates must meet the requirements below:
- Candidates must be excellent Non-Chinese citizens
- Must have zero criminal records and be in good health.
- Applicants who wish to pursue a Bachelor’s degree program must have a high school degree or its equivalent and should be 18 to 25 years old
- Master’s degree candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent (18 to 35 years old)
- While Doctor’s degree applicants should have a master’s degree or its equivalent and should be 18 to 40 years old.
- Language Eligibility: Students applying to non-medical Chinese-taught programmes must score 260 in HSK4, and for medical programmes, 200; students applying to English-taught programmes must score at least 6 in IELTS or 85 in TOFEL. Before beginning their programmes, students who do not reach the required level of Chinese proficiency must complete a one-year Chinese language preparatory course and pass all essential tests.
How to Apply for CSU Scholarship?
To apply for Central South University Scholarship 2024-25 in China, kindly follow the steps below:
Step 1: Online Application: Register online by logging in CSU China International Student Service System on https://intl.csu.edu.cn/index.htm. Select CSU Scholarship and complete the application form.
Step 2: Application Fee Payment: Pay the application fee of 500 RMB (90 dollar), after scaling through the online review.
Step 3: Final Review and Result Release:
Students will be reviewed for the final results for admission based on their submitted applications. Subsequently, the admission notice and visa application form will be sent according to the final admission results.
