Since its inception in 2012, the Next Generation Women Leaders (NGWL) program has been a beacon of empowerment for women across the globe. The inaugural event, held in Paris, laid the foundation for what has become a transformative experience for thousands of women leaders.

Through inspirational workshops, insightful discussions, and invaluable networking opportunities, participants have unlocked their potential and embraced their roles as leaders in their respective fields.

Next Generation Women Leaders EMEA Program 2024 – Overview

The Next Generation Women Leaders EMEA program is a prestigious three-day virtual event scheduled to take place from April 25th to April 27th, 2024. It is designed to accommodate the needs of aspiring women leaders in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

During the program, participants will engage in interactive workshops, hear from inspirational speakers, and collaborate with facilitators to enhance their leadership skills. With a focus on building confidence and effective communication, attendees will gain valuable insights and practical strategies to propel their careers forward.

Upon the successful completion of the three-day event, participants will have access to a series of learning workshops and virtual sessions throughout May and June. These sessions will further reinforce key concepts introduced during the program and provide ongoing support for participants as they continue their leadership journey.

  • Interview Preparation Program: For participants interested in pursuing opportunities with McKinsey, we offer an exclusive interview preparation program. This program provides insights into McKinsey’s recruitment process, including case interviews and personal experience interviews.

Participants will have the opportunity to participate in Q&A sessions, practice cases in small groups, and gain valuable feedback from experienced professionals.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the NGWL EMEA Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be currently resident in or have strong ties to Europe, the Middle East, or Africa
  • Have a bachelor’s, master’s, PhD, or MBA student to graduate no later than 2026
  • Candidates UST be professionals with up to eight years of work experience
  • NGWL program participants must have an outstanding record of academic and/or professional achievements.
  • Demonstrates a proven record of leadership in an academic and/or professional setting.
  • Expected to thrive when working with others.
  • Must be active in seeking ways to maximize their potential.
  • Find problem-solving and creative thinking enjoying
  • Have the Intention of using their talents to make positive changes in their lives and their communities.
