Participants will engage in dynamic workshops, gain insights from McKinsey speakers, and refine their leadership styles with the guidance of facilitators. Emphasis will be placed on enhancing leadership skills, confidence, and effective communication.

The program extends beyond the initial event, offering learning sessions and networking opportunities throughout May and June.
