Applications are invited for the Gela Prestigious Global Foreign Mentorship Programme 2024. Previously known as WAFMP, the Prestigious Global Foreign Mentorship Programme (PGMP) serves as a transformative initiative dedicated to identifying, training, mentoring, and deploying outstanding leaders in politics, business, and civil service.
The program is focused on individuals aged 18-35, particularly those whose voices have been historically unheard—such as the extremely marginalized, people of colour, and the socioeconomically disadvantaged—
Only 80-100 participants will be selected for the program and the selection will be done inclusively to accommodate participants from various continents.
Gela Global Mentorship Programme
While the program holds an estimated 100 USD per participant, it is generously offered at no cost, with free access coupon codes granted to the most dedicated individuals.
The selected participants will receive a free access coupon code to onboard, be paired with a foreign mentor, and undergo training free of charge.
Following program completion, participants can obtain a valuable certificate, which can be indicated in the post-completion survey that all participants are encouraged to take. This comprehensive initiative is a commitment to empowering emerging leaders globally.

Eligibility Criteria for The Program
- You must be less than 35 years old.
- Have access to the internet.
- You must be willing to learn, embrace diversity and expand your network.
- You must be willing to get enrolled and therefore fill out the pre-assessment form.

The Start Date
The program will start on February 1st, 2024 and end on April 30th, 2023. To be selected, you have to distinguish yourself from others, when filling out the form, provide evidence that you are a potential leader, and links to any materials are allowed.
