Applications are now open for the MEST Training Program Class of 2025. This one-year, fully sponsored graduate-level program in tech entrepreneurship offers Entrepreneurs-in-Training (EITs) the opportunity to expand their skills and knowledge in software development, business, and communications while developing viable businesses.
The program culminates in an investor pitch, providing the chance to secure seed funding and entry into MEST’s portfolio for company incubation.

- Experience: You also need entrepreneurial or corporate work experience.

- Soft Skills: Confidence, great leadership qualities, ability to work well with others, and effective communication.
- Commitment: Successful applicants should be ready to commit to a full residential program for a whole year.

The program is open to exceptionally talented and ambitious individuals with a strong desire to build a scalable software company in Africa.

- Final Interviews: April – May 2024 in Accra, Lagos, Dakar, Nairobi, and Johannesburg
The Training Program commences in August 2024 in Accra, Ghana.
