MEST Training Program 2024

Entrepreneurs-in-Training (EITs) will have the opportunity to broaden their business, communications, and software development expertise while creating sustainable ventures through this full-time, fully funded program. The program ends with an investor pitch where participants can win seed Investment and get their firm incubated into MEST’s portfolio.

The MEST Training program ensures that EITs are prepared to launch cutting-edge digital companies by offering intense entrepreneurship training, a lot of practical project work, and deliberate mentoring.

Eligibility Requirements for the MEST Training Program

  • Experience: Previous corporate or entrepreneurial employment
  • Education: A technical college degree or a top university degree (or similar experience)
  • Soft skills: Self-assuredness, strong leadership abilities, interpersonal skills, and effective communication
  • Commitment to the program: Those who are accepted into the program should be prepared to dedicate themselves to it for an entire year.

  • Application deadline: 18th March 2024
  • Final Interviews: From April to May 2024 in Accra, Lagos, Dakar, Nairobi and Johannesburg
  • Training Program commences in August 2024 in Accra, Ghana
