The judging process consists of four stages:

  • The initial stage involves evaluating your motivation. If you do not receive a response from us within a specific timeframe, consider your nomination unsuccessful.
  • The second stage requires potential candidates to submit additional documentation for further assessment.
  • The third stage involves a thorough examination of your financials, revenue model, and credibility, including in-depth research into your background and that of your company/team. This includes checks for criminal records, lawsuits, bankruptcies, allegations of crime, misconduct, sexual harassment/abuse cases, or fraud.
  • The final stage entails an expert panel of judges assessing the strongest candidates and narrowing them down to the final 30. The editorial and research team then makes the final selection based on judges’ scoring/remarks and ensures diversity across company type, gender, background, and other factors.
