Call for Applications are now open for the British Petroleum (BP) Africa Graduate Program 2024. The Applications commenced on the 15th of December 2023 and closed on 31 January 2024.
The British Petroleum (BP) Southern Africa invites graduates to join their early careers program, providing a structured development plan to acquire foundational technical skills, business knowledge, and personal effectiveness skills.
The Graduate Program supports the transition from university to a professional discipline. The program offers opportunities in the following disciplines:

Eligibility Criteria for the BP Africa Graduate Program
To be eligible to participate in the BP Africa Graduate Program, Candidates must fulfil the conditions below:
- Prospective Candidates must have less than one year of post-qualification experience in addition to an honour’s degree in a relevant subject.
- Candidates must have secured a degree from a recognized university
- Good academic record (averaging 65%)
- Have been Legally authorized to work in South Africa
- Must be able to work under pressure and have strong leadership, interpersonal and teamwork skills.

- Complete an online questionnaire and submit your CV.
- Undertake an online assessment.
- Complete an on-demand video interview.
- Attend a technical interview.
- Participate in an assessment centre.
- If successful in all steps, candidates will receive an offer to join BP.
