Overwatch 2 PvP Beta Sign Up is Already Happening and surely you do not want to miss out. Recently, Blizzard opened the Sign-up for its very first Overwatch 2 PVP beta. The period of testing for its competitive shooter sequel will offer you the best chance to try out one of the game’s new heroes, a new mode, and four new maps in the game. There is plenty more going on under the hood also.
Overwatch 2 PvP Beta Sign Up
The PvP beta is expected to kick off in late April, and it introduces the very first overwatch 2’snew heroes: sojourn. Wielding a railgun, Sojourn fiercely fights for overwatch against Talon. So far, Blizzard has not stated anything about her abilities at the moment but expects her to hit her enemies for huge damage using her railgun.
New Overwatch Maps and Modes
Along with sojourn, you would be allowed to try out the PvP beta: Push in this new model, a robot, and two barricades are located at the center of the map. You and the team opposing you would fight to gain control of the bot because once it’s in your possession it would start shoving off your opponent’s barricade towards an objective. If it pushes the barricade towards an objective. If the barricade gets to the goal, it counts as an instant win for your team. It’s a little like a reverse tug of war.
That is not all Blizzard unveiled concerning the PvP beta. The developers would allow you to explore four new maps: Circuit Royal, Midtown, New Queen Street, and Colosseo. Circuit Royal is an escort map, midtown is a hybrid map, and the last two are built for the new push mode.
While a new hero would be very exciting, you should be looking forward to grappling with reworded versions of Orisa, Doomfist, Bastion, and Sombra. All of whom would get overhauled for the new release of the overwatch sequel.
Signing up for Overwatch 2 PvP
Alongside the new hero, maps, mode, and refreshed heroes, playing would be possible with a new ping system – a la Apex Legends. The system would allow you to call out things to your team with a context-sensitive button. And, of course, you get to see how Overwatch Plays as a 5v5 shooter instead of the 6v6 of the original.
Signing up for the Overwatch 2 PvP has been made easier by Blizzard. You can do it all through the game’s official website. While Blizzard is yet to give an official release date, the beta will be running in late April.
