The Apple Maps and Google Maps now have the Covid-19 Vaccination Locations. Both the systems have now been working with the same sources of information: VaccineFinder. VaccineFinder is a dedicated online service that is originally created by the Boston Children’s Hospital. The Apple Maps update today went live on March 16, 2021, and all compatible iPhone and iPad devices can access it.
Apple Maps and Google Maps now Have Covid-19 Vaccination Locations
Google Maps and Apple Maps have now display information from VaccineFinder.org, a website that has a LOT of official Vaccination locations listed. Not all locations are listed on the map. VaccineFinder makes the provision of information on COVID-19 Vaccine availability in the states stated below, for starters:

Using the Covid-19 Vaccination Locations on Google Maps and Apple Maps
