The Coe College Global Leadership Full-Tuition Scholarships are open to all international students worldwide, for the 2024–2025 academic year. Situated In Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Coe College is a private liberal arts college established in 1851 and has always been connected to the Presbyterian Church.
The college belongs to both the Association of Presbyterian Colleges and Universities and the Associated Colleges of the Midwest. Coe College has been a second home to students from all over the world for more than a century. The college’s cultural diversity facilitates mutual learning among all students.
The goal of the Global Leadership Full-Tuition Scholarships program is to carry on Coe’s advocacy for giving importance to international education.
Coe College Global Leadership Scholarships – Overview
The Global Leadership Full-Tuition Scholarship is renewable for three more years and covers the full cost of tuition the year the student enrols in Coe College. However, to be eligible for the award, students must be first-time college students, live on campus, and submit both the admissions application and the separate application for a full scholarship.
The college supports a multicultural and international student body and provides financial aid to eligible students via grants, renewable scholarships, and on-campus work-study. Thus, it is the only university or college in Iowa to be nationally ranked for easy professors, internships, and career services.
Benefits of Coe College Global Leadership Scholarship
The Global Leadership Scholarship is renewable for three (3) more years and covers the student’s tuition in the year of enrollment at Coe College.
Students should often anticipate paying for a percentage of their educational fees (at least 50% or more), as their funds are not unlimited.
Eligibility Criteria for Coe College Global Leadership Scholarship
To be eligible to apply for Coe College Global Leadership Scholarship 2024-25, students must meet the following conditions;
- Students must be non-citizens or non-permanent residents of the United States
- They must be attending a foreign high school.
- Students must have the intention to enrol as full-time, undergraduate degree-seeking student
- Should be resident on-campus residential housing
- Students must fulfil the conditions for admission into Coe College
Documents Required for Application
The original or certified copies of the following documents are required for application:
- English translation of Secondary School Transcripts with courses/grades listed, including an explanation of the grading system.
- National Examination results such as WAEC, WASSCE, ‘O’ Level, ‘A’ Level, SLC, etc.)
- Either of the following official score reports: SAT, ACT, TOEFL, IELTS or DET.
- A resume
- An essay response
