  • Empowering youth leadership for social impact: They are looking for solutions that enable young individuals to recognize their strengths, passions, and potential. By fostering self-awareness, these solutions empower young people to take the lead in creating positive change within their communities.
  • Promoting equitable intergenerational collaboration: They aim to promote equity by encouraging social connections, mutual learning, and empathy across different generations. Solutions that facilitate inclusive intergenerational collaboration ensure that young people have an equal opportunity to lead and drive change. This approach allows them to benefit from the collective wisdom and resources of all age groups, magnifying their impact and sustaining their commitment to creating a difference.
  • Cultivating agency in young people: They are interested in solutions that ignite agency and initiative among youth, motivating them to take ownership of their ideas, actions, and their overall impact. By nurturing this sense of confidence and autonomy, these solutions empower young individuals to become capable leaders, driving changemaking efforts not just temporarily but throughout their lives.
