Ant-Man 3 Star Teases Different Iterations of Kang in the MCU
Star of Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, Jonathan Majors has teased that different iterations of Kang will be appearing in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).
And speaking to Brazilian outlet Somos Geeks, Majors, who portrayed Kang the Conqueror all through the Multiverse Saga, suggested that we could get to see other versions of the iconic supervillain in reported forthcoming TV shows and movies.
That however as many people may think may not be a big spoiler as far as the movie goes. Fans of MCU that have watched the first season of Loki on Disney Plus will know that Majors already has played one of the MCU variants of Kang, aka He Who Reigns, who also appears to be based on Immortus which is one of the comic book variants of Kang.
He Who Reigns Confirmed That Other Variants of Kang Will Be Crossing Over into the MCU
In the sixth episode of Loki, He Who Reigns confirmed also that other variants of Kang will be crossing over into the MCU in the event that Loki and Sylvie killed him, as He Who Reigns is the only one that has managed to stop other universes, Kang included from invading the so-called sacred timeline of the MCU. Sylvie would end up killing He Who Reigns and in the process helping to instigate the arrival of the multiverse.
Majors Does Not Use the Word Variant When Discussing the Many Versions of Kang in the Multiverse
One thing that is interesting about the comments of Majors though is that he or marvel rather does not make use of the word variant when they want to discuss the many versions of Kang in the multiverse. Instead, a completely different description is used for the Marvel Phase 5 villain, which certainly will pique the interest of comic book fans.
“When they [Marvel] said there would be different iterations – that’s actually the word they used, they didn’t say variants,” majors said. “So when they said there are different iterations of this character, I thought ‘Okay, cool, I’d like to take that on and have a stab at it.'”

Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania will be the next marvel movie to be making its way to theaters. The superhero movie will set off Phase 5 of the MCU and hopefully will get Marvel’s cinematic juggernaut back on track after a king of a mixed bag in phase 4 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
