The Program offers citizens of the countries that qualify for participation in the Program scholarships to pursue studies in Poland to assist the socio-economic development of their home nation by raising their level of education and professional skills.

The scholarship is paid every month for the duration of the academic year that courses are held, but not for more than 10 months. The studies are tuition-free.
