Successful candidates will join the Bank as young executives in training under a two-year fixed-term contract (CDD). There will be a six-month trial period where either party can end the contract without notice. If they perform well during the fixed-term contract, their appointment will transition to a permanent contract.

During the fixed-term contract, participants will rotate through different departments to understand their functions and become part of a team where they can contribute effectively.
