Eligibility Criteria
- Open to Young Photojournalists: The contest is accessible to individuals who identify as young photojournalists.
- Age Requirement: Participants must be between the ages of 18 and 33.
- Global Participation: Applicants are welcome from any location worldwide.
- Photograph Timeline: Photographs submitted must have been taken after January 1, 2023. However, there are exceptions for series initiated in previous years; in such cases, the final photograph of the series must be from either 2023 or 2024.
- Entry Specifications:
- Number of Photographs: Entries can consist of a single photograph or a series of no more than 12 photographs.
- Acceptable Edits: Minor adjustments, such as cropping, balance (white balance), or density (brightness, contrast) correction, are permissible. However, framed images, collages, and heavily photoshopped photos with edited, deleted, or replaced parts will not be accepted.
- File Format and Specifications:
- Image Format: Photos must be uploaded in JPG format.
- Compression Limit: Acceptable compression should not exceed 10.
- Image Dimensions: The image should be no less than 2,200 pixels and no more than 5,700 pixels on its longer side.
- File Naming Convention:
- The file name must include the serial number of the photograph.
- Followed by the name and last name of the author.
- Then include the title of the photograph and the year it was taken.
- Separate these elements with underscores. Example: 01_Smith_James_The_Spring_2011.
- File Language and Size:
- The file name must be written in Latin script.
- The file size should not exceed 20 Mb.
- The file must contain all EXIF data.

- Photos can be added or replaced until submission, after which no changes are allowed.
