This 12-week intensive training programme offers a comprehensive curriculum that includes workshops, lectures, readings, assessments, and practical projects.

This programme will enable Participating educators to deepen their understanding of the SDGs and develop innovative teaching strategies. The Teach4SDGs programme comprises a well-structured curriculum that enables educators to gain in-depth knowledge and skills related to sustainable development.

The programme is divided into several modules, each focusing on specific aspects of the SDGs. The participants will have access to advanced workshops, expert lectures, and engaging activities throughout the duration of the programme.

Eligibility Criteria for United Nations Teach4SDGs Programme

  • Interested Primary and Secondary School Teachers in Public and Private Schools across Sub-Saharan African countries.
  • Applicants must be able to commit a minimum of 4 hours in 2 days per week throughout the training programme. The programme will be conducted in the English language.
  • Age: 20 to 45 years.
  • Candidates are expected to join the virtual training and conduct SDGs Activation in their school.
