On Wednesday, X, formerly known as Twitter, experienced a unique issue. By around 2 p.m. ET on Dec. 13, attempting to click any link on X resulted in an error page. Whether it was a YouTube link, an article, or anything else, clicking led to a cutesy error page from X.

After noticing several posts about the problem, I tested various links on both my laptop and phone. Regardless of the link, I consistently received the same error message.
Persistent Issues: X /Twitter Links Unresponsive for Over 30 Minutes
The problem persisted for at least half an hour and hadn’t been resolved by around 2:15 p.m. Eastern Time.
All the links on X /Twitter are currently experiencing issues, rendering them non-functional. This means that when users attempt to click on any link, whether it be a URL to an external website, an article, or any other hyperlink within the X /Twitter platform, they are met with an error page indicating that the content cannot be accessed.
I encountered this problem after coming across multiple posts discussing the issue. To verify its extent, I conducted tests by clicking various links on both my laptop and phone, only to consistently encounter the same error message, regardless of the type of link.
