Twitter Now Shows View Counts on Individual Tweets
On December 22, 2022, Several users on twitter reported seeing a view counter appear on individual tweets. The view counter became even more visible when users click and expanded their tweets. Accounts that have gotten this feature, could see they could view the counter right next to the “like” and “retweet” buttons.
Later in the Day, Musk Stated that the feature “View Counter” has finally started rolling out to everyone. He stated that the feature would enable users to know how “Alive” the social media platform is.

Twitter already had a feature that is similar to this one, and it was on uploaded videos to the platform for quite a while. However, you should note that the feature completely differs from the “Tweet Analytics” feature that has been available for quite some years now.
