The Samsung Galaxy S23 family of phones is not expected to grace us up until February, but already we have heard many rumors and leaks in regards to these devices and the latest information coming from the rumor mill concerns the ‘signature colors’ of the handsets.
This very piece of info is according to SamMobile, which has an excellent track record of getting details about Samsung products in advance. These very signature colors are so-called because they’re the ones that are used predominantly in marketing and promotional material.

And for the standard Galaxy S23, it’s apparently going to be green, the Galaxy S23 Plus it’s going to be light gold/pink gold, and for the Galaxy S23 Ultra, on the other hand, you can expect pink. Many other color options will be available for users on all three handsets too.
The launch date for the Galaxy S23 in a different leak from popular tipster Ice Universe has been set as February 1 and that’s of course a Wednesday. Follow-up tweets however suggest that for the most part of the globe, we are however looking at a February 2 release and launch date.

Samsung as you should already know is based in South Korea which is way ahead of the US and Europe in regard of time zones. And when you add up all of that info together, a Galaxy Unpacked event in the evening on February 1 in South Korea will make the most sense.
There however have been conflicting reports on this launch date as other sources have said that later in February was much more likely, although it is still possible that this later date refers to when the phones will be going on sale rather than when they are initially unveiled.
