Intel Raptor Lake Unveils a Whole New Set of CPUs at Its Coming Launch

According to latest rumors, Intel’s raptor lake processors will be launching 12 different models of desktop CPUs for its consumers.

This information is coming from Wccftech which got access to a leaked spec cheat for the initial lineup of the 13th generation chips. The theory here is that Intel initially will debut the core i9-13900K and vanilla 13900 alongside the Core i7-13700K plus 13700, Core i5-13600K, and core i5-13400.

There Will Be F Versions of the Six Processors

That’s six models mentioned already and there will also be F versions of these very six processors supposedly such as the Core i9-13900KF and 13900F. The inclusion of that very letter simply means that these are variants without an integrated GPU thus allowing for slightly cheaper prices for those that have a discrete graphics card.

12 CPUs in Total for the Initial Launch

That being said, it now makes for 12 CPUs in total for the initial launch and additionally for a couple of enterprise-targeted chips which are the 13900T and 13700T which are of course low-power variants.

The flagship Core i9-13900K is revealed with a maximum boost of 5.8GHz which is a speed that has been rumored for some time now and an all-core boost of 5.5GHz for the performance cores that is also known as the efficiency cores, all 16 of them top out at 4.3GHz.

Raptor Lake Will Be Revealed On September 27

Wccftech also maintains that raptor lake will be revealed on the 27th of September as the big innovation event of Intel with the processor set to be going on sale on the 20th of October as recent speculations have shown.
