Humber College Entrance Scholarships
The Humber College Entrance Scholarships for international students offer a substantial CAD 2,000 reduction in tuition fees for the first two semesters of study.

Eligibility Criteria for Humber College Entrance Scholarships
For Bachelor’s Degree Scholarships:
- These scholarships are open to students who have recently completed high school/secondary school studies and are non-transfer students.
- Humber College awards degree scholarships automatically to graduating high school students based on their academic achievements.
For Graduate Degree Scholarships:
- For students pursuing Graduate Certificates, Diplomas, and Advanced Diploma studies, Humber College offers an entrance scholarship. This scholarship opportunity is available to those joining Humber College in January 2022.
Selection Criteria for Humber College Entrance Scholarships
- Consideration is given to high school students with proven academic excellence.
- Due to the limited number of scholarships available, only students with the highest Grade Point Average (GPA) will be awarded the scholarship.
- The GPA is calculated based on the high school transcripts received during the admissions assessment process.
- There is no separate application required for the International Entrance Scholarship, as eligible candidates receive the award automatically after commencing their studies.
Scholarship Distribution
Up to 20 scholarship awards will be offered to students commencing studies in September, while 15 scholarships will be given to students starting in January, and 5 scholarships to those starting in May.
Each semester, the recipients must come from different countries, ensuring a diverse and inclusive student body at Humber College.
Disbursement of Scholarship Funds
- Successful Candidates should note that the award will be paid into the student’s MyHumber account upon completion of the 10th day of classes.
- The CAD 2,000 scholarship amount will be provided in two installments of CAD 1,000, both applied to the second semester.
- It’s important to note that the recipient is still required to pay the full amount for the first semester.
Application Process Humber College Entrance Scholarships 2023/24
To apply for the Humber College 2024 Entrance Scholarships, eligible candidates must submit the following documents
- Humber Student ID number
- An Acceptance Letter from Humber College (confirmed) for a full-time program commencing in January 2024
- Personal statement of interest, including Grade Point Average
- Two reference letters
