Humber College is an Institute of Technology & Advanced Learning, it is commonly called Humber College. It is a public College of Applied Arts and Technology located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The college was established in 1967, it has two main campuses namely: the Humber North campus and the Lakeshore campus.

About Humber College Scholarships

International students who are currently studying in an academic program are eligible to apply for the following scholarships:

International Entrance Scholarships

The International Entrance Scholarship is available for Graduate Certificate, Diploma, and Advanced Diploma students joining Humber in May, September, and January. The incentive being made available by this Scholarship is equal to CAD $2,000 off students’ tuition fees over the course of their first year of studies.

International Entrance Scholarship is aimed at students with high academic qualifications that is, students with a GPA of 85% and 6.5+ IELTS (or equivalent in TOEFL) looking to receive rewards for their outstanding performance in high school, college, or university.

Students that received their Letter will be rewarded and they’re expediated to accept and confirmed their offer before 30th January 2022 for May 2022 Semester and 31st May 2022 for September 2022 Semester

Students who are eligible are mandated to pay their tuition fees in full and the scholarship amount will be credited to the student account after the 10th day of classes. Please note that the scholarship will be disbursed in two installments over the first and second semesters.

Required Documents

Candidates must ensure that the following documents are submitted:

  • Humber Student ID number
  • A Confirmed Letter of Acceptance from Humber College for a full-time program commencing in May 2022/September 2022
  • A Personal statement of interest which must include your Grade Point Average
  • Two reference letters

Requirements for International Entrance Scholarships

  • The Students must be enrolled in a full-time academic program at Humber for the first time in order to be eligible for scholarships.
  • To be eligible for this scholarship, students must have received an offer of admission/letter of acceptance.
  • International Entrance Scholarships are not refundable and cannot be deferred.
  • After selection, only successful applicants will be notified and the scholarship decisions are final.

Bachelor’s Degree Scholarships for EAP Graduates

The Bachelor’s Degree scholarships program is available to students coming directly from high school/secondary school studies, who are non-transfer students.

Humber College offers automatic degree scholarships to graduating high school students based on academic achievement.

  • Only EAP graduates who have begun a diploma, degree, or postgraduate certificate program at Humber College can access this award.
  • EAP graduates are not required to apply for these awards. The Faculty nominate recipients each semester, and the recipients are notified in November.
