  • To access the scholarship application system, you must have applied for admission to the University of Edinburgh. Please note that, once you submit an application for admission, it can take up to five working days for all system checks to be completed and for access to be granted.

Eligibility Criteria for Edinburgh Undergraduate Mathematics Scholarship Qualification

  • Only applicants with International fee status who are accepted for full-time admission to an undergraduate degree programme hosted in the School of Mathematics at the University, are awarded this scholarship
  • Students who are already on Programme are not eligible for this Scholarship
  • The scholarship is also not available to students studying Mathematics as part of a degree programme hosted by another School within the University.
  • Candidates are expected to have applied to the University of Edinburgh through the University and College Admissions Service (UCAS), however, they don’t need to have received an offer in order to begin the scholarship application process.
  • The Mathematics scholarship is competitive and based on academic merit.
