Job Description

  • Ensure Position Deposit products as the leading choice in the market.
  • Set appropriate pricing for products to remain competitive.
  • Meet sales targets for all products.
  • Promote and manage approved Deposit products in line with sales, service, and compliance standards.
  • Provide product knowledge, training, and guidance to the sales team.
  • Communicate product and promotional launches to key stakeholders and provide feedback to management.
  • Conduct annual Customer Surveys and analyze competitors.
  • Maintain strong communication for productive relationships and conflict resolution.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to enhance cooperation and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor Service Level Agreements to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Analyze monthly statistics to measure product performance.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, audits, and governance directives.
  • Adhere to all Group policies and procedures.
  • Justify the need for new product development.
