ASRI Future Leaders Programme

This intensive, full-time graduate training programme is designed to groom young individuals for impactful careers in the Civil Society and Government sectors. If you’re socially and politically active in your community, this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

The ASRI Future Leaders Programme – Programme Overview

The programme is a substantial investment, with approximately R90,000 allocated per graduate, covering materials, stipends, and operational costs. The 2024 ASRI Future Leaders Programme will run for a duration of four (4) months, requiring fellows to dedicate their time Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm at the ASRI offices in Parktown, Johannesburg.

In the course of the programme, participants have the option to embark on a three-month work experience placement (externship) aligned with their aspirations, with an exceptional option for a three-month externship extension.
