AIG Public Leaders Programme
The AIG Public Leaders Programme is hosted at the University of Oxford’s Blavatnik School of Government, the programme combines a rigorous, world-class executive education experience, taught by renowned public policy experts and teachers.
AIG Public leaders programme has been structured to ensure that participating senior public leaders and aspiring leaders, gain quick mastery of varieties of skills. Participating leaders will be allowed to build the practical tools needed to address today’s challenges.
The skill-learning process is rigorous and demanding, leaders are engaged in classroom discussion, group work, and practical exercises. At the end of the program, Participants must have built a culture of excellence, effectiveness, and integrity which reflects in the public institutions they lead.

Eligibility Criteria for the AIG Public Leaders Programme 2023
The following conditions must be met for applicants to be eligible for this program:
- The applicant must be a citizen of an African country and actively working within the public sector in Africa
- He/She must have at least seven years of active service in the public sector
- Should be at the level of a Directorate level
- All applicants must not exceed 50 years of age

Founded in 2020 by Aigboje and Ofovwe Aig-Imoukhuede, the Aig-Imoukhuede Foundation seeks to direct and administer the Aig-Imoukhuede family’s growing portfolio of philanthropic activities.
The Africa Initiative for Governance (AIG) was founded by Aigboje who was born on the 24th of September 1966. Aigboje Aig-Imoukhuede is a famous Nigerian investor, banker and philanthropist.
