AIG Public leaders programme has been structured to ensure that participating senior public leaders and aspiring leaders, gain quick mastery of varieties of skills. Participating leaders will be allowed to build the practical tools needed to address today’s challenges.

Eligibility Criteria for the AIG Public Leaders Programme 2023

The following conditions must be met for applicants to be eligible for this program:

  • The applicant must be a citizen of an African country and actively working within the public sector in Africa
  • He/She must have at least seven years of active service in the public sector
  • Should be at the level of a Directorate level
  • All applicants must not exceed 50 years of age
