  • The Organization must not be for-profit or non-profit operating in the civic IT ecosystem and the public domain
  • The organization needs to be registered in a member state of the African Union and be a legitimate body.
  • Candidates’ company must be able to have service contract agreements
  • The company must be bankrupt.
  • The company cannot have had a judgment against it for engaging in any illegal action, including fraud, corruption, or joining a criminal organization.
  • Neither the organization’s own auditors nor the auditors of its donors may have given the organization an unfavorable audit opinion.
