The VV Visionaries program, in collaboration with the Estée Lauder Emerging Leaders Fund (ELELF), has been established to empower the upcoming generation of leaders who are redefining leadership in their daily lives.
Call For Applications: Vital Voices (VV) Visionaries Program 2024
This program is designed to support trailblazing women by enhancing their access to leadership training and the networks that sustain them. Through a partnership with the Estée Lauder Emerging Leaders Fund, this initiative will champion women leaders from diverse sectors, industries, and backgrounds, all committed to creating positive social impact in their communities and beyond.
The program aims to involve three cohorts, each consisting of 50 visionary women over the age of 18, in a 7-week virtual experience based on the proven leadership model of Vital Voices. This immersive experience will integrate leadership lessons from Estée Lauder executives and leaders from the Vital Voices Global Network. Participants from all three cohorts will have the opportunity to be selected for an annual in-person experience that offers further training and investment in their personal leadership journeys.
Upon completion of the program, participants will become part of the Vital Voices community, which includes over 20,000 change-makers from 185 countries, all dedicated to envisioning a more equitable world for all.
Program Commitment
- Applicants will Actively engage in the 7-week program, involving 2-4 hours per week of live virtual sessions and completion of weekly assignments. Participants need to have no more than 2 absences to maintain good standing.
- The sessions typically take place on weekdays in the morning (Eastern Time).
- They will submit regular updates to Vital Voices throughout the program and maintain communication with them afterward to share success stories, participate in follow-up surveys regarding progress, and explore additional opportunities for awards or visibility.
- The VV Visionaries program will be conducted virtually. You will require access to a computer with a camera or a phone, as well as a reliable internet or network connection to fully take part in the program.

- Complete the Vital Voices Leadership Journey, a 7-week virtual course focusing on developing essential soft skills for leadership

- Receive a certificate of completion upon finishing the fellowship

- Become part of the Vital Voices global network, which comprises over 20,000 women leaders from across the globe
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants should be at least 18 years old at the time of application and self-identify as a woman
- They should have an established social impact organization, business, initiative, OR be a key decision-maker within such an entity
- They should have a clear vision for an organization, business, or initiative with a distinct social purpose
- Proficiency in English is required
How to Apply For Bayer Foundation Fellowships for Masters, PhD & Medical Students 2024
In this year 2024, the Visionaries program will consist of three groups or cohorts:
- Cohort 6: June – July
- Cohort 7: August – September
- Cohort 8: October – November
- Applications need to be written in English and must be finished and submitted by 8 am ET on March 8th. The application is expected to take around 20 minutes to finish.
