We are pleased to inform you that Applications are now open for the Techmybiz Pitchathon 2023 Program for eligible Nigerian Startups and Innovators.
The program will focus on the following Sectors: Retail, Green Economy, and Manufacturing/Production. The main targets of the Techmybiz Program, are innovators at the local stages including start-ups with already-developed digital solutions. This start-up must however be targeting MSMEs in the above-listed sectors.
However, in other to be eligible to participate in Techmybiz, the solutions provided must be post-MVP, generating revenue and addressing a defined problem for MSMEs in Green Economy, Retail or Manufacturing/Production sectors.

About DTC Nigeria
The Digital Transformation Center Nigeria, otherwise referred to as “DTC Nigeria”, was said to have been established by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development and the European Union (EU). It was further implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft fuer Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH.
The DTC Nigeria project is focused mainly on digitalization and entrepreneurship. The program was designed to improve the capacities of the innovation ecosystem for the growth of the digital economy in the following areas: policy implementation, performance improvement of organizations, including service providers of the digital economy, scalable digital solutions, and digital skills.
Digital Transformation Center (DTC) Nigeria works with major stakeholders in the Nigerian innovation ecosystem including the National Information and Technology Development Agency (NITDA), research institutions, innovation hubs, hub networks, start-ups, MSMEs and women.

Eligibility Criteria for Techmybiz Pitchathon 2023
In other to be considered for the Techmybiz Pitchathon 2023, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Must be a Nigerian start-up and/or innovator and set up as a for-profit.
- The ideal start-up is expected to have a functional product that is actively serving customers.
- Must have an identified market, with a verifiable customer base.
- The Startup must have measurable and verifiable Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and
- Be in operation for not less than 12 months.
- The start-up must have a full-time team of not less than three (3) inclusive of the founder and CTO.
