Applications are now being accepted for OneBeat Virtual Residency Program 2023. The 4th cohort of the virtual Residency program will welcome up to 20 musicians from about 50 Participating countries.
OneBeat Virtual Residency Program 2023
The program is scheduled to take place from July 10 to the 4th of September, 2023 which is about 8 weeks. In the course of this Virtual Program, Successfully Selected Fellows will investigate new forms of virtual collaboration as part of their activities and also work together to write, produce, and perform new musical works.
The prestigious OneBeat Virtual Residency Program 2023, will have fellows work for about 28 days over the 8-week duration of the program, this is to allow for online connection and offline project development time.
Subsequently, fellows will attend virtual masterclasses and open studios, and also have the opportunity to join in online workshops, and produce a final presentation for a global audience.

Eligibility Criteria for OneBeat Virtual Residency Program Qualification
To be eligible for the Virtual Residency Program:
- Candidates must be 19 years or older by the time of the program and
- Maximum of 35 years or younger at the end of the program.
- Applicants are expected to be able to converse in and understand basic English (English will be the common language of the OneBeat Virtual program)

- Applications are due by February 17, 2023 5:00 PM EST.
- Notification of applicants for the review panel decision by the end of May 2023.
- Commencement of OneBeat 2023 will take place July 10, 2023 – September 4, 2023.
