The Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP), launched on August 31, 2021, is a youth empowerment partnership initiative between the Federal Government of Nigeria and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).

With a target to place 20,000 highly skilled Nigerian youths in both private and public sector organizations across various industries, the NJFP offers a 12-month fully paid program designed to build Participant’s leadership competencies, promote employability and transfer on-the-job skills.
