Summit (In-person)

The Annual Global Good Fund Summit held each spring is a four-day curated leadership development experience that brings together fellows, alumni, and respected members of the Global Good Fund ecosystem. During the summit, fellows engage in training sessions, networking opportunities, and meaningful discussions that broaden their perspectives and inspire collaborative action.

Executive Coaching (Virtual)

To further enhance their leadership capabilities, fellows work with an experienced executive coach throughout the fellowship year. The executive coach guides fellows in creating a personalized Leadership Development Plan based on the insights gained from the 360 Leadership Assessment. Through virtual coaching sessions, fellows receive guidance, support, and accountability to help them maximize their potential and achieve their goals.

Business Mentorship (Virtual)

Fellows are paired with seasoned C-suite business executives who serve as their mentors. These mentors provide intensive one-on-one support and guidance to help fellows navigate the challenges of growing their businesses or scaling their social impact initiatives. The mentorship program enables fellows to tap into the wealth of knowledge and experience of their mentors, fostering their professional growth and strategic decision-making.

Targeted Funds

As part of the fellowship, each fellow receives a $10,000 grant explicitly allocated for Leadership Development. This funding is designed to support fellows in pursuing relevant training, attending conferences or workshops, acquiring new skills, or engaging in other activities that contribute to their growth as social impact leaders. The targeted funds provide fellows with the necessary financial resources to invest in their own development and amplify their impact.

Peer and Subject Matter Expert Network

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Global Good Fund Fellowship 2024:

The Candidate’s enterprise must have been in operation for at least 2 years and currently employs a minimum of two full-time, paid employees
The Candidates should be holding the roles stated below as a primary decision-makers, These roles Include:

C-Suite (CEO, COO, CTO, CFO, etc.)

Co-Founder/ Founder & C-Suite

Executive Director

Candidate must be running the enterprise on a full-time basis
The Candidate’s enterprise must be mission-driven, that is, with the sole objective of not making a profit but having a positive impact on society.

Application Process for the Global Good Fund Fellowship 2024

The application process for the Global Good Fund Fellowship is rigorous and competitive. It consists of three phases:

Phase I: Preliminary Questionnaire from the month of May to June. This phase requires applicants to provide short-answer questions that aim to assess the applicant’s alignment with our Fellowship criteria
Phase Ii: This is the Comprehensive Application phase that will take place from July to August. Applicants will need to submit a video where they share their story with the organization.
