University of Brunei Darussalam Scholarship 2023-24 Overview
The University of Brunei Darussalam Scholarship is a highly esteemed opportunity for individuals seeking to pursue higher education in Brunei. The scholarship is fully funded, offering financial support for deserving students to complete their Master’s or PhD degrees at the University of Brunei Darussalam.

Scholarship Benefits
The University of Brunei Darussalam Scholarship offers the following benefits to successfully selected Candidates:
- Full tuition fee waiver Including Registration and Acceptance Fees at the University of Brunei Darussalam.
- Recipients will also receive a subsistence allowance of BND 2200.00 Per Month for a period of 36 months.
- Scholarship holders will be given on-campus Accommodation for 36 months.
- Cost coverage for a round trip economy class air ticket from the student’s home country upon accepting the scholarship and to their home country upon completion of their studies.
- The scholarship also provides BND 1000.00, to cover field research for Arts and Humanities, and BND 2000.00 to Science candidates to carry out their research activities
Eligibility Criteria for Brunei Scholarship
To be eligible for the University of Brunei Darussalam Scholarship 2023-24, the following conditions must be fulfilled by all applicants:
- Brunei Students and students from any other country are eligible to apply.
- All Applicants should have a First Class Bachelors Degree to apply for the Master’s Degree.
- Masters’s Degree certificate is a core requirement for Doctoral Degree Program.
- Candidates must submit High quality and impactful research proposals.
- He/She must be eligible to pursue studies in the area of choice.
- The English Language Requirements must be fulfilled by the Applicants

Scholarship Duration
Master’s Course: 12 months full-time or 18 months depending on the program.
Master by Research: Twenty-four (24) months full-time.
