The NerdzFactory Youth Transition Program has been structured and tailored towards young people to equip them with employability and digital skills to become more employable and also for them to be able to create jobs for themselves (self-employed) hence, providing them access to economic opportunities.
Furthermore, the “prosperity skill webinar” is a component of the NerdzFactory Youth Transition program’s career and growth initiative designed to equip young people with the skills, information and resources that they need to move from being, skilled, unemployed and underemployed to becoming skilled, gainfully employed and productive.

The Youth Transition program is limited to Young persons who are within the age bracket of 20 and 35 and must be ready to grow their income and career in 2023
