The 2024 Kevron Group Undergraduate Scholarship Scheme is now open for applications from suitably qualified Nigerian Students. The Nigerian Institution of Safety Engineers (NISafetyE) and the Kevron Group are pleased to announce the second iteration of the Kevron Undergraduate Scholarship Scheme.
Through supporting research projects in this vital area, this annual fellowship seeks to further excellence in the fields of safety engineering and occupational health, safety, security, and environment (HSSE) in Nigeria. Overview of Kevron Group Undergraduate Scholarship
Students enrolled in Federal Universities and Polytechnics across Nigeria are eligible to apply for this Scholarship Scheme. As part of their final year project, applicants are expected to do research in the field of safety engineering or HSSE.
The goal of this scheme is to assist undergrads who are enthusiastic about safety engineering and occupational health. Safety, security, and environment (HSSE) in Nigerian Federal Universities and Polytechnics. The award is offered as financial aid to students in their 300 or 400 level of study, to promote excellence and innovation in these subjects.

Eligiblity Requirements for Kevron Group Scholarship
To be considered for Kevron Group Scholarship:
- Applicants must be enrolled full-time undergraduate students in any Federal University. OR Polytechnic in Nigeria who are in their third or fourth year of study.
- They need to be ready to work on a final-year project that involves research on a safety engineering or HSSE topic. Additionally, internship opportunities at Kevron Group or any of the NISafetyE partners will be extended to the selected individuals.
- Applicants having a minimum CGPA of 4.0 out of 7.0 or a GPA of 3.0 out of 5.0 throughout the last two years of study will be given preference.
