The call for proposals provides a total indicative amount of EUR 1,855,000: EUR 1,125,000 allocated for the 2023 budget and an indicative EUR 730,000 for the 2024 budget, depending on the availability of funds in the Union’s general budget for 2024. The contracting authority may choose not to award all available funds, and additional funds may be allocated if more become available.

Grant sizes:

  • Grants requested must range from a minimum of EUR 300,000 to a maximum of EUR 400,000.
  • Grants must cover between 75% and 90% of the total eligible costs of the action. However, this percentage can increase to 95% if both the lead applicant and co-applicant(s) (and affiliated entity(ies) where applicable) are based in Tajikistan.
