It seems that there’s quite a significant design change coming to the way of the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 if freshly leaked unofficial renders are anything to be true. And the design change in question now involves a much larger cover screen on the outside of the phone when it is folded shut.
These renders in question currently making the rounds are provided by the regular makers of renders OnLeaks and then shown off at MediaPeanut. They are currently based on information from inside sources that are unconfirmed, so you should take them with a pinch of salt for the time being.
The Leaked Extended Cover Display
That extended cover display however is what has caught the attention of users here, with a little tab cut out for the dual-lens rear camera. We have seen this larger cover display prior to this in an earlier leak, but right here with this one, we get a much better idea of how it’s going to look in general.
Other Reported Renders Of the Device
The reported renders as well reveal the main display of the Galaxy Z Flip 5 which as you should now know is expected to measure 6.7 inches, from one corner to the other. And inside the phone, we are probably looking at a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor that is reportedly paired with 8GB of RAM.
