Recognizing this pivotal juncture, the BMW Group introduces the Engage Billions Scholarship, a bold initiative designed to empower young leaders at the forefront of climate advocacy and democratic participation.
Who’s Eligible to Apply for Engage Billions Scholarship
The Engage Billions Scholarship seeks to identify and support exceptional individuals who have demonstrated a commitment to advancing climate policy within the framework of democracy.
Eligible candidates include young leaders actively engaged in various capacities, such as:
- Policy and advisory roles within national or supra-national governments.
- Advocacy positions within prominent NGOs or think tanks focused on climate issues.
- Leadership roles within youth-led or community-based organizations championing progressive climate policies and democratic engagement.
Eligible candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Aged between 18 and 30 as of May 2024.
- Available to attend the One Young World Summit in Montreal from September 17th to 21st, 2024.
- Available to participate in the Welcome! New Parliament Youth Summit in Brussels in June or July 2024.
Engage Billions Scholarship Benefits
