Requirements

To be eligible for the undergraduate and postgraduate EducationUSA Opportunity Funds Program, applicants must meet the requirements below:

For Undergraduate Applicants:

  • In a situation where the Candidate’s WAEC results are unavailable, the Candidate must be currently in SS3.
  • If the WAEC result is available, it must be from May/June WAEC.

Required Documents:

  • The student’s SS1 & 2 end-of-year report (word or PDF files only)
  • The Mock WAEC result or WAEC result (word or PDF files only)
  • Other documents to support the application (word or PDF files only)

For Graduate Applicants:

  • Applicants are expected to have obtained a relevant bachelor’s degree.

Additional Requirements:

  • A copy of the university transcript in PDF files only
  • Statement of Result/Degree (PDF files)
  • Curriculum Vitae CV in PDF files only
  • Supplementary certificates of achievement in PDF files.
  • GRE result for Engineering students.

Geographical Consideration: Participants must have the ability to reach the program offices in Abuja or Lagos for full participation.
