Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategies in collaboration with the team to drive the growth of Mortgage, cash-backed Loans and Alliances.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Distribution team to raise product awareness.
  • Participate in joint calls with the SBUs (Strategic Business Units) to promote and sell Mortgage Loans.
  • Assist the Sales and Distribution team by designing and developing marketing tactics and actions to achieve financial objectives.
  • Conduct training sessions for Relationship Managers (RMs), Relationship Officers (ROs), and other Client Engagement personnel/Agents across all regions, including the Contact Centre, to enhance and update product knowledge.
  • Coordinate Mortgage and Cash-backed products.
  • Collaborate with reputable Vendors and developers to drive Mortgage sales while ensuring adherence to the Bank’s risk appetite.
  • Work with the Product Champion and sales Officers to review credit-related issues.
  • Review the approved valuer list for enlistment and/or delisting.
  • Provide support for all initiatives/activities aimed at boosting product sales and minimizing Partially Defaulted Obligations (PDOs).
  • Monitor collection activities for Stage 2 and 3 loans to ensure a reduction in delinquency rates.
  • Collaborate closely with the Remedial management team to ensure recovery and collection on Secured Loan Products at Stages 2 and 3.
  • Engage with auto dealers and developers for business development and potential partnerships.
  • Maintain regular communication with existing counterparts for relationship management and business development purposes.
